Hi, my name is Pierandrea Borgato and I am an Italian resident. Before joining PHi, I used to work for STMicroelectronics: at that time Mr. Akazawa was a customer for me and we developed a good relation in business and also a good friendship. When I retired, he invited me to join PHi because of my contacts in STMicroelectronics and because of my experience in semiconductor business. I accepted gladly, especially because I like putting my experience to use in a Company that is at the same time very modern and also very good in human relations.

PHi works in the most advanced semiconductor technologies to develop Integrated Circuits that are used in fiber optic or other equally state-of-the-art applications. Therefore every project in PHi is valid worldwide and you design at the edge of innovation.
As PHi is a small company, contacts with suppliers and customers are frequent, important and they address a lot of technical aspects: in PHi you are exposed to colleagues of many other companies, sometimes all over the world.
Human relations in PHi are at the same time pleasantly informal and strongly based on respect and trust. I deeply enjoy them, in spite of my remote location and different nationality.
