2007/4 Development of multi-rate optical transceiver IC is completed. 2006/9/1 Phi's laboratory is relocated to Tamura-cho, Atsugi. 2006/8/21 Phi Microtech is selected as a Red Herring Asia Winner for 2006. 2006/1/30 Phi brand product is released.

		We obtained a certification of design house of STMicroelectronics as the first one in Japan. Approved LSI design technologies are BiCOMS6G, BiCMOS7, BiCMOS7RF, BiCMOS9, BCD5 and HF5CMOS. Our research and development business plan was authorized by the governor of Kanagawa prefecture based on “Creative activity promotion act for small and medium enterprises” (Koshin No.14-93)
